Lil Wayne has been quite the Samsung pitchman and never has that been apparent as it was Wednesday at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. Just days after suffering multiple seizures Wayne got back to work performing at the Samsung booth at the festival. He looked as lively as ever and in the short clip above he’s seen running through his Tha Carter hit “Go DJ.”
It’s quite the bounce back for Weezy who reportedly suffered two seizures on Monday, forcing emergency landings of a private jet not once but twice in Nebraska. Wayne refused medical care and eventually thanked fans for their well wishes and all seemed well. As for what caused the seizures, Tune has said in the past he suffers from epilepsy but many are blaming his assumed consumption of prescription cough syrup. There were reports that he was seen drinking three bottles of codeine cough syrup himself at an appearance in Milwaukee just before the flight West where he suffered the seizures. It could have been for show, just props for his image, or maybe Wayne just really was devouring the dangerous drug. Who knows?
Whatever the case it’s good to see Wayne bounce back and hit the stage just days after his ordeal.
