Lil Wayne’s follow up in the, “Carter,” series debuts with 964,000 records sold in the first week according to BillBoard . Lady Gaga’s, “Born This Way,” sold 1.11 million in its first week of sales but had a promotion selling the album for 99 cents for two days.
