The Game And Meek Mill Have Officially Ended Their Ridiculous Beef

Grand opening, grand closing on that The Game/Meek Mill beef. Two weekends ago, Jayceon unloaded on “Meeky Mouse” with allegations the Philly rapper ran to law enforcement and accused him of robbing Sean Kingston of his $300,000 chain. While the bigger story there was Sean Kingston actually having a $300,000 chain to rob, Game’s snitch claims led to some social media bickering with Meek which led to diss songs. But that’s old news now.

Hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons revealed both Game and Meek have agreed to a truce that will end the petty memes taking up space your Instagram timeline. According to your cool, sweater vest-loving uncle, he personally reached out to the rappers to bury the hatchet, writing on Instagram, “Happy to announce Game and Meek Mill have stopped posting and escalating their beef.”

Apparently, Simmons reached out to The Game while at a meeting regarding “police and community” and then got on the horn with Meek Mill Wednesday night. Whatever conversation the Def Jam founder had with Meek also moved Russell enough to call the rapper a “real A-list inspiration.” Russell’s interview about being instrumental in squashing the beef will air on Hot 97 Friday.

All this should be great news to Nipsey Hussle. The Crenshaw rapper recently implored the men to put their differences aside before they end up like Biggie and Tupac. As for how will The Game continue to promote his 1992 album now that he doesn’t have this Meek Mill beef to rely on is unknown, but I’m sure there’s more Kardashian gossip for him to spill.
