While The Weeknd thought The Dream was taking a shot at him during his NYC concert, The Dream praised him during his interview with Nigel D. The Dream goes on to speak on what motivates him to make music. The Dream’s new single, “ROC,” is on iTunes now.
Maybe The Dream and The Weeknd just had a misunderstanding. While they both might have high pitched voices I would say their music is different. I once tweeted I would play The Dream while sober and The Weeknd while under the influence(alcohol). The Dream’s music is more romantic while The Weeknd has more of an edge and references to drug use.
