When I went on vacation a few weeks ago, some of you wondered why I would be vanishing in the middle of May sweeps, upfront madness, and the penultimate week of “Mad Men.” Well, I got an offer I couldn't refuse: to appear at the Nordic Media Festival and beautiful Bergen, Norway. I got to see the fjords, meet a whole lot of lovely people, talk “Serial” with producer Dana Chivvis (another festival panelist), and, of course, be interviewed by Norwegian critic and panel judge Asbjørn Slettemark.
