Good things supposedly come to those who wait. I’ve been copping kicks long enough to disagree with that statement but that’s a topic for another day. On occasion good things also come to those who are cheap and lazy as well, this here is one of those times. Two weeks after releasing Setbacks on iTunes, Schoolboy Q let it loose for those who live by a different moral code. Residing somewhere in between Jay Rock & Kendrick Lamar stylistically, Q is West Coast to his core. With Setbacks, he establishes what he’s about on mic & shows he can do more than hop on a posse cut.
Thanks: Schoolboy Q
