As if a first-degree murder charge wasn’t enough to deal with, Boosie now has more trouble under his belt with the recent accusation of attempting to smuggle contraband into Louisana’s State Penitentiary at Angola.
LSP detectives and the East Baton Rouge Violent Crimes Unit reported receiving information the trio was conspiring to smuggle the Schedule V Dangerous Controlled Substance (CDS) into Angola, where Hatch is incarcerated.
Investigators said Stewart and Franklin made arrangements through an undercover agent to have the codeine delivered to Hatch.
Already doing time for violating probation, plus the homicide charge which hasn’t been taken to court yet and now this only means the powers that be have Boosie’s near and distant future by the balls. They’ll mess around and push that trial further and further back to the point where Ghetto Stories will be celebrate its 10th anniversary.
