With a laundry list of parties and shindigs available to SXSW attendees, it’s hard to pinpoint that exact event where one’s attendance doesn’t just seem worthwhile but almost necessary. There’s a plethora of great music to choose, ranging from Hip-Hop to indie rock to the blues.
So where’s that perfect bridge that features some of the best of, well, everything? Swing through the Mohawk (located at 912 Red River Street) on St. Patty’s Day from noon until 6 p.m. to catch MOG Music Network’s party presented by Intel. They’ll have live performances from The Roots, Bob Mould, G-Side, Blitzen Trapper and Gary Clark Jr., just to name a few. And don’t worry about the cost: admission’s free for everyone, so save those dollar bills for post-show car bombs–it is St. Patrick’s Day, after all.
