It’s official, Outasight is full-out club-pop these days. Well, those are the songs making him the Warner Bros. bucks, at least. Instead of the swinging throwbacks we used to dig from the New York Knicks diehard, fans are getting accustomed to hearing tracks like “Now Or Never,” which is built on the same, fit-pumping foundation as radio killers like Rihanna’s “We Found Love” or The Wanted’s “Glad You Came.” However, the difference is the theme, which still finds OU creating classy concepts, which in this case is simply seizing the moment.
As well as this could do on the charts though, let’s hope Outasight can find a little more of a balance for the next go round, because this seems a tad forced to most folks who were used to hearing tracks like “Never Say Never” and “Lush Life.”
