When a chick is looking right, sometimes all you can muster up is simply, “Whoa.” Using the lack of a better word as the theme to his new single, the ever-reclusive CyHi The Prynce pulls together pieces from Big Sean’s most popular verse off Cruel Summer to compliment the club-esque criterion of the encouraging track, which is appropriately-laced with arpeggiated synths and set to be featured on his upcoming Ivy League: Kick Back mixtape.
However, while the song is quite fresh, does anyone else have a problem with the following line? “I had groupies way before I dropped an album.” When did dude drop an album, again? Last time I checked, it took him over a year to drop this mixtape, which still isn’t out.
Dah well, song and mixtape tracklisting below.
