“We’re in the business of creating pure joy, the only bottom line that truly matters”
Without question, the most fun I had last year was when the Decentralized Dance Party came to town. And, I’m sure every one of the thousand-plus partiers who were bouncing around downtown Detroit with me that summer night would agree. Now, Tom & Gary – the ingenious minds behind this global, boombox-fueled, freedom-inducing phenomenon – need our help.
To strategically save the world via unified dance parties across the globe, in each of the 196 countries, these two Nintendo Power Glove-wearing emperors of all things awesome have started a Kickstarter campaign to fund their Global Party Pandemic Of 2014 and corresponding documentary. The deadline for their $25,000 goal is April 12 and you should seriously consider supporting their cause.
Personally, I don’t know these dudes from Adam. But, when their grandiose traveling dance party concept came through last year, inhibitions were lost and new friends were found amidst people from all walks of life. If Tom & Gary can pull off 20% of what they speak on in this terrific explanatory video below, I can wholeheartedly vouch for the fact we’ll all be better off as a result of their very attainable goal. For more information, visit their website and make sure to see all the details on their official Kickstater page.
