Forget Kendrick’s “Control” verse. Just forget it, put it in your rear-view mirror in terms of generating the year’s best beef.
Because SH*T JUST GOT REAL REALER THAN YOU COULD EVER KNOW BECAUSE KANYE WEST DOES NOT I MEAN DOES NOT LIKE JIMMY KIMMEL’S RECENT SPOOF OF HIS BBC RADIO INTERVIEW.
Kanye’s rant–working under the assumption that it’s real–comes a day after Kimmel playfully parodied Kanye’s conversation with BBC personality Zane Lowe by using kids to recreate the session. Kanye hits Kimmel where it hurts, mentioning that Kimmel’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Siliverman is funnier, Kimmel doesn’t get much p*ssy and that his face should be spoofed. But no disrespect to Ben Affleck, of course.
God, this is so great. All of it. The interviews, the spoof, the criticism of the spoof. In the matter of a week, we’ve been treated to some phenomenal performances. Kanye’s taking to Twitter is just the cherry on top. It’s safe to assume Kimmel won’t get his own sit-down with Kanye anytime soon, but we have this.
It’s in the sky now. The future’s sky.
