There’s always been an unspoken kinship between Houston and DC Hip-Hop. In the ’90s, most homegrown music from the nation’s capital was inspired by the classic live instrumentation and street oriented lyricism of Rap-A-Lot. The H-Town/DC connection continues in 2013 in the video for “2 A.M.”

Mastering control of the all important male to female ratio, Phil keeps his VIP area free of male groupies and bottle guzzlers, and maintains what is really important.
