Krondon’s Everything’s Nothing starts off slow, lethargic, and, worst of all, uninteresting. Strong Arm Steady doesn’t appear here and upon listening to tracks like “Lean On Me” and “7 Eleven,” the listener immediately will understand why KRNDN made his career ghostwriting for the greats, and not actually getting behind the mic himself. But as the tracklist continues, his lyrics pick up, and his flow becomes crisper with tracks like “I1” and the Casey Veggies-assisted “K.F.C.” But, after a strong showing towards the middle of the project, the momentum wanes and EN grows stale with its repetitiveness and absence of catchy hooks.
