With the earth-toned ‘Leather Cage Crafted’ pack already out, the Future Disc Blaze Lite pack looks toward the future with the ‘New Year’s Eve’ pack to ring in 2014.
All silver everything is the theme of one of the two. A metallic silver outer cage, a more subdued silver-colored toe bumper with medium grey accents make the tonal shoe eye catching but not an eyesore. The focus on the technology of the shoe is maintained through the use of the black Disc on the tongue as opposed to another shade of silver.
The black shoe in the pack is decidedly more dressed up, using black as the main color and a champagne-hued gold for the accents. Gold on black is definitely a foolproof color scheme for designers, and it’s easy to see why once it’s shown on the second pair of the ‘New Year’s’ pack.
Silver for the tableware, black for the attire, and gold for the champagne being popped at the stroke of midnight. The brains behind both pairs definitely had the classy party in mind, and we’re on board with it.
The Puma Future Disc Blaze Lite ‘New Year’s Eve’ pack drops December 23rd at select retailers.
