Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith Is Offering To Sell TDE To Suge Knight For $1… On One Condition

For whatever reason, Suge Knight has been baiting the hell out of Top Dawg Entertainment for the past month or two. During a February appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show, the once most feared man in Hip-Hop essentially compared Kendrick Lamar and the Game to slaves because of their Interscope record contracts. Suge claimed that both rappers received “the worst deals in the industry.”

On Wednesday, Suge further explained his “slave” comments during an interview with BET:

“[All I was saying was] it’s not fair for two n****s from Compton to be gettin’ f****d, and it’s not good for me to have knowledge and not pass it on to them,” said Suge. “It wasn’t about putting them as men down or as artists down, it was about putting the person who’s in control down, saying ‘How are you f****ng over these dudes from Compton when they’re making a difference for your company?'”

“Not only do these companies get the royalties and the publishing, if [the artist] do a show and $100,000 come in, the manager gets 20 percent, now it’s $80,000. Kendrick gets half, the record company gets half, which is ridiculous,” Suge pointed out.

Upon catching wind of Suge’s comments, TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith quickly fired back on his Twitter, offering to sell Suge the label he built for a buck if Suge provided receipts for his claims.

Suge Knight has yet to respond.
