Pastels on sneakers, again. Reebok’s catering to the ladies in this year’s Question Mid & Kamikaze II ‘Easter Pack.’ For anyone wondering why the Questions look mad feminine, they only come in kids’ sizes. Perfect for the bae, or for the side piece who asks why you don’t buy her Reeboks no more. The shoe lacks a bit of creativity in using the typical pastel blue pink and yellow to depict Easter egg paint, but the soles are translucent and the leather has a bit of a pearl sheen to it not normally found on other iterations of the Questions. Not mad at the move.
These Kamikaze IIs look way more suited for us men and for good reason. There’s still the use of pastel but it’s more of an aqua color for a more masculine look. A dipped canvas upper with suede accents, matching laces and a subdued sockliner are nice touches. Not really my style, but not God awful ugly either. Wait. Hold on. Is that… a pee-speckled midsole? I’m out Reebok. You missed me with that look.
The Reebok Question Mid & Kamikaze II ‘Easter Pack’ releases April 18th. The Questions will retail for $95 and the Kamikaze IIs for $100.
