Rochelle Jordan – “L O W K E Y”

As a Hip-Hop fan fist and foremost, I’m naturally inclined to fret over minutia: singles, release dates, bar codes, etc. When it comes to Rochelle Jordan’s music, however, I’m learning it to take it as it comes and for what it is.

What it is precisely might be somewhat surprising when you consider how ROJO and production partner KLSH continue to explore their sexy ’90s R&B time-warp without succumbing to diminishing returns. If anything, the music seems to hit more of a sweet spot with each passing song, a trend that continues with Jordan’s latest joint, “L O W K E Y.”

I’m going to enjoy this song on its own merits, but I’ll also continue to wait for an album. I can’t help it.
