How more people haven’t gotten hip to 3D Na’Tee yet kind of trips me out. Ol’ girl can flow, and not just with the backhanded compliment “for a female rapper” either. She can flow. Period. That’s water under the bridge as this point.
Na’Tee carves time out to provide her own rendition of Mila J’s hit single, “Smoke, Drink,” with her own story of conflicting feelings in a current situationship. Chances are, if you’re like me, you’ll run the video back more than once. The clip results in quite the descriptive story, as are 3D’s physical gifts. And, well, yeah, they’re clinically impossible to ignore.
Of note, too, she pulls triple duty here by not only rapping, but directing and editing the video herself. Talk about cutting out the middle man.
