So this was what the Jordan think tank came up with for the World Cup. Sporting the colors of one of soccer’s most famed national teams, the Jordan Brand ‘Brazil Pack’ comes through with some random but solid selections to put forth to consumers. The results are another solid effort to push “The Beautiful Game” to the forefront of the sneaker game amidst the NBA Finals.
Looks like the year of the Air Jordan 6 continues with a black/green/yellow offering, with suede and nubuck covering the upper. Not bad, but ditch the speckling, add more green to the midsole and the shoe is good money. I’m always down for better quality on my favorite retros.
The real star in the pack is the Jordan CP3.VII AE. The national colors of Brazil take center stage and the use of the cement print are more subdued thanks to the Flywire shroud. Respect due for the gradient coloring on the rear of the shoe too. Mean. The toe of the CP3s also look like they can take a beating for when fans hit the streets after Brazil gets past the first group. Hopefully.
The Jordan Brand ‘Brazil Pack’ releases June 21st for $500.
