No matter what colors are chosen, there really isn’t a way to screw up the Jordan 3 or at least generate a colorway that a moderate number of people find worth copping. While this dark powder blue version won’t appeal to everyone, some will appreciate it and end up buying them.
Reminiscent of the DTRT 3s, the upper’s dipped in Smurf blue and accented by black along the elephant print, tongue and midsole. White is also used here and there, breaking up the shoe just enough. Sure, that’s still a lot of blue, but who’s complaining when it’s a chance to put a different Jordan 3 colorway in the rotation?
The powder blue joints release this Saturday, January 18th at Jordan Brand retailers.
