From sock collaborations to dog shampoo, Big Boi has always been one to continue diversifying his creative and business outlets. As announced on Friday’s WRTJ on Beats 1, Sir Lucious Leftfoot revealed that he’s set to launch a new cartoon series called Hotlanta Waxxx. He’ll be working alongside Trevor Kane, the director of his music video for “Apple of My Eye,” Run the Jewels’ “Banana Clipper,” and Killer Mike’s “Ghetto Gospel.”

“It’s called Hotlanta Waxxx. It’s all music-based. I play a super secret spy and I bought a car wash on an ancient burial ground. And anything can happen. You got inter-dimensional things like zombies, cyborgs, dinosaurs, and strippers. It’s funny, and the music’s funky. The music director is me and Ray [Murray] from Organized Noize, so you know it’s gonna be hot.”

Given Big Boi’s spotless track record over the last few years, Hotlanta Waxxx will be sure to be something worthwhile on his fans’ radar.
