Friendly Fire: Blake Griffin Dunked On DeAndre Jordan

In all fairness, Markieff Morris and Channing Frye got that work, too, but still.

Following a missed Chris Paul free throw jumper, the third best player in the league decided to use an invisible trampoline and do one of those Blake Griffin aerial assault things the kids love so much. DeAndre just so happened to get caught in the crossfire.

As PBT’s Kurt Helin notes, the overall advancement of Blake’s game inside and outside should bode the Clippers well heading into the playoffs. But never will I ever utter the words, “Blake Griffin folding people up like lawn chairs and throwing them through the rim is becoming a tad bit boring, wouldn’t you agree?”

In even more important news, Griffin and company used a massive fourth quarter to upend the Suns 112-108. The loss puts Phoenix ninth in the conference at 44-31; the same record as eighth place Memphis who holds the tiebreaker over the Suns.
