Everyone throws out some slang once in a while, but Boldy James’ latest single “Moochie” shows someone who clearly has a language of his own. Displaying a non-stop string of street synonyms that surely serve as code throughout his squad, the Detroit MC gives Alchemist’s dangerous sample-based instrumental the detail it deserves. Basically, Boldy delivers an updated version of Big L’s “Ebonics” classic – which we can definitely dig.
Look for more impressionable bars from the potent producer-MC combo on October 15, when James’ drops his debut album My 1st Chemistry Set, which is laced in full by The Alchemist.
