I have a gut feeling that months or years from now we’ll look back at the first half of 2014 as the time when Chris Crack first started making noise and landing on people’s radars.
Only a few weeks removed from his TreeSwag release with Tree (get it here), young cooked coke Crack returns with his Jacked Tape. Let him and his New Deal team describe it:
“Now Christopher Crack continues his onslaught of new material, this time, through #JackedTape. he project serves as a bellow of frustration towards a group of anonymous assailants who had stolen valuable music-productions and recordings from Sir Crackaveli. #JackedTape was brought to you by lots of Drugs, Booty, Beers, and Red Bull.”
Yeah, it’s the real. Or at least that realistic and vivid in terms of the pics Chris paints. He represents the same gutters and corners as his drill brethren, but he does it in a way that’s more colorful and lyrical. And if there’s a way to describe the Jack Tape, versatile would be the word as he bounces from style to style over a variety of production.
