The Nike Dunk craze was still at somewhat of a high pitch in ’07 back when the Nike SB Dunk Mid “Griptape” entered the scene. The shoe was one of the colorways that not only ushered in the Nike SB Mid but more importantly made the purists more accepting of the new design. The model is returning to stateside shelves very soon with its suede and Griptape upper that toggles between black and anthracite. Be sure to snag a pair when they do because there’s no telling when they will be back.
