Here we are with one of the more quizzically titled songs from DJ Khaled’s Suffering From Success. Not one but two dead idols find their names invoked by the Miami loudmouth who’s probably trying to recreate the magic his compadre Ross had with “B.M.F.” And, of course, Ross is included on the song, along with Meek Mill, Tip, Diddy and…Swizz Beatz, a guy who’s known for pissing people off with his presence on songs.
Speaking of pissed, I think Ma$e didn’t find the prospect of the track all that pleasant since he posted a message on Instagram stating “Niggas sold u out BIG. I hate the way your legacy has been watered down. I don’t have to be from Bk. Let him rest. #respect.”
Pastor Betha must’ve forgotten industry Rule #4081 which states that dead rappers get better promotion. An addendum to the rule also includes that deceased artists are often used to help promote the cause of the living.
