Well, as normal as DMX could be in comparison to the erratic behavior we’re so used to seeing. Also, as normal as a person with a dozen kids (and owes child support out the wazoo), a number of arrests equal to their age, so on and so forth could be on a nationally televised show.
But, seriously, X comes off charming, engaging and funny. Dr. Phil didn’t really lock horns with Earl as he does with most guests, so that helped avoid the trainwreck that happened when Iyanla Vanzant tried to fix X.
