In most professions, putting the veterans in your own workspace on blast isn’t the best way to get promoted. However, in Hip-Hop, backwards compliments have catapulted the careers of quite a few current captains of the industry. So, it should come as no surprise that Atlanta trap rapper Alley Boy didn’t hesitate to throw some not-so-subtle slights at a few of his city’s biggest names, the same day as the release of his newest mixtape, Nigganati. Using an intense instrumental that could serve as Undertaker’s updated theme music, the two-time felon uses his long-distance track record to justify why he deserves a piece of the pie from guys who used to be about motivation and currently claim to f*%k his city up. No names are mentioned, but the digs are so obvious they really didn’t need to be.
