“The Internet’s An Incredible Tool, Except For When Tools Use It”

Frank The Butcher recently launched The Butcher’s Block, his new video interview series and for episode five, he connects with LTD Plus co-conspirators DJ Clark Kent and Hawaii Mike.

His name may not ring a bell, but Hawaii Mike’s one of those instrumental figures who has had a hand in all things streetwear and rap-related, serving as founder of both LTD and Inked magazines, road manager for Mobb during the Infamous album days and a one-time Lifestyle/Tech Editor at The Source. Here, Mike and Frank talk about the connection readers held with the mag billed as Hip-Hop’s bible. Switching gears, Clark tells how he introduced Biggie and Jay-Z, talks the “Brooklyn’s Finest” recording sessions. Yes, Clark made Big sit downstairs in the car and had to make sure it was cool for him to get on the track.

Hip-Hop history being shared, folks.

LTD recently just relaunched their website. May as well kill some time on your lunch break.
