The worst kind of racism is the kind you can’t technically prove but you know it’s there. Being followed in a store is one of those instances. A clerk pretends to be shifting through some clothes here or there or organizing a shelf when really he or she is just following to make sure you don’t steal anything. Then as soon as you try to call them on it or tell someone about it, the deniability is there. It’s taxing and it weighs down on anyone who’s had to go through it.
That’s where this Vine comes in. One guy catches a clerk in the act and it’s brilliant, hilarious and depressing…all in the six seconds it takes to make a Vine. Sometimes, that’s all it takes.
