I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Ill Camille is one of the best female emcees out right now. She’s getting to drop her next project, Illustrated B-Sides, and along the way, we’ve been graced with another installment of her Millie Mondays with “Touché”. The track borrows the beat from Rick Ross’ “Cigar Music” and Camille turns it into chop suey one bar at a time.
And the support vocalist is San Diego up and comer, Preston Harris. On the solo tip, the kid can hold his own quite nicely and on “Touché” he does an excellent job of softening the Camille’s sharp raps, and adding a melodic element to the record.
