Jay Z is headed back to court and he’s bringing a few friends with him this time.

According to reports, Jay, Kanye West and Frank Ocean are all being sued by a musician out of New York named Joel McDonald for copyright infringement. McDonald alleges that the trio stole his song “Made In America” and used it to create a song by the same name for Hov and Kanye’s album Watch The Throne and he wants a cool $3 million for his troubles.

Because he has a ton of money, and people want some of it, this is not the first time Jay has been sued this year, or even this month. While it’s hard to tell how far this will go, there is a striking similarity in how the words “made in America” are sung in each song. Given the similarities between the two, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is settled out of court à la Drake and Rappin 4-Tay.

The Throne duo was previously sued by Syl Johnson for the album bonus track “The Joy.” The case was eventually settled out of court.

Check out both of the songs below, and see what you think. Is Joel McDonald about to get paid?
