Billboard’s not counting those one million downloads but that won’t stop Jay from hitting the top of the charts. The rapper/businessman’s Magna Carta Holy Grail is still predicted to push enough units to score the year’s second largest first week sales tally.

The mag’s predicting Magna Carta to push 350,000 – 400,000 copies in the week ending July 14. That leaves Jay second only to Justin Timberlake, whose 20/20 Experience opened with 968,000 copies in its first week. Currently, Kanye West’s Yeezus (327,000) and Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories (339,000) are the only albums Jay would have to best in order to claim the slot.

Magna Carta‘s projected sales also mean Jay should secure his 13th number one album, leaving him second to The Beatles, who generated 19 chart-toppers.
