Looks like Karen Civil may have ran off on the plug twice because another rapper is accusing the social media personality of scamming him out of thousands and taking food out of his son’s mouth.
Tuesday, Cam’ron set social media ablaze with claims that Karen Civil stole $60,000 from Duke Da God during her time as a Diplomat Records employee. The exposure compelled rapper Joyner Lucas to come out and reveal that he, too, was juxed by the Be You and Live Civil author for $50,000.
According to a series of tweets triggered by Cam’s Instagram posts, Joyner says he paid Karen 50 racks for her branding services, but she went on vacations and hit him with the curve instead. “She was supposed to brand me and help with a bunch of sh*t,” the rapper tweeted on Wednesday. “After that 50k, she went on vacation & made it a issue to have any convos with me.” Adding, “I pay @KarenCivil 50 racks and she gonna tell me that she can’t have a conversation with me because she’s on vacation? 😂😂 #fuckOUTTAhere”
Joyner says Karen didn’t even bother listening to his music and acted as if speaking to him was a chore, tweeting, “Five months after I paid @KarenCivil, I asked her on the phone, ‘Have you ever even listened to one of my songs yet?’ She said, ‘no.’ #ICANTMAKETHISUP.” And when it was time to release his music video for his song “Ross Capicchioni,” Joyner claims Karen told him, “Nobody cares about a white boy getting shot.”
