Rumor had it that the music video for Lady Gaga and R. Kelly’s “Do What You Want” was so goddamn horrible, Mother Monster banned it from ever seeing the light of day. Of course the entertainer denied the rumors and blamed the video’s vault status on time constraints and betrayal and yadda, yadda, yadda, whatever.

But now TMZ has gotten its paws on the Terry Richardson-directed video and if you thought the pair’s ‘SNL’ performance was a WTF moment, wait til you see this 30-second clip.

Perhaps it’s because R. Kelly’s legacy has been tarnished by the whole “I like to fornicate with underrage girls and record it” business and the “I married Aaliyah when she was 16” thing, but there’s something about Gaga playing a disabled patient and Dr. Robert Kelly promising to make her all better if she just let’s him do whatever he wants with her body that’s a little uneasy. And then there’s the “I’m putting you under, and when you wake up, you’re going to be pregnant” thing that makes it even more…rapey…ish….a little…I guess?

Add to the fact that the video was directed by Terry Richardson, who’s had his fair share of perv allegations thrown his way and it’s even more cringeworthy.

Or maybe I’m overreacting and this is just a music video hidden inside a commercial for Red Lobster.
