Miami Heat v Boston Celtics

“I don’t need to flop. I play an aggressive game but I don’t flop. I’ve never been one of those guys. I don’t need to flop. I don’t even know how to do it. So it doesn’t mean much to me.” – LeBron James

It’s our job to not only keep you entertained but to keep you in the know as well. That’s why we want to bring “LeBroning” to your attention.

The dramatic flop is named after the Heat leader and NBA MVP LeBron James and his sometimes tendency to get physical in order to get referees to call fouls on opponents, as seen here:

According to Buzzfeed, the supposed person to imitate the act was this kid Ronnie, who uploaded his video a while ago.

Who knows exactly why the dramatic flop is making its way around the ‘net now but that’s just what the Internet does. But that’s how we got here, in a place where “LeBroning” is occurring in our everyday lives. Take notice.

It helps if you act a bit, faking how flabbergasted you are while laying on the ground. As the MVP, there’s nothing wrong with selling it to help get the right reaction from refs and your audience.
