#LifetimeBiopics: Twitter Lets Lifetime Have It For Their Aaliyah Movie With Hilarious Memes

In case you missed it last night, Lifetime’s Aaliyah: Princess of R&B was disrespectful, just like we all knew it would be.

The TV movie was bound to fail from the very beginning. Aaliyah’s family strongly opposed the biopic and her longtime collaborative partners, Timbaland and Missy, were against it and the family ultimately blocked the use of the late singer’s music for the movie. And what else? Oh! THE MASSIVE CASTING SCREW-UP!

Beysus Christ! Every single person in that movie was horribly miscast. From Aaliyah to Missy and Timbo to R. Kelly, right down to Dame g*dd*mn Dash! It was so bad Twitter couldn’t let Lifetime nor executive producer Wendy Williams live and started pitching #LifetimeBiopics titles and casting choices for their next TV movie abomination.
