This should be the best Hip-Hop news you hear all day. Instead of choosing to meet LeBron James or take a trip somewhere overseas, 18-year-old cancer-patient Bobby Stewart took up an offer from the Make-A-Wish foundation to record a song with Mac Miller. Yes, temporarily turning the tides on his T-cell lymphoma – even if only for a day, this aspiring MC from Pittsburgh had an opportunity to head into ID Labs with Easy Mac and craft something that would last a lifetime. The gesture’s not only making waves for Stewart, but even Mac said, “Feeling like your music really does something for the world makes it all worth it, no matter what. From now on, no matter what happens for the rest of my life, no one can take that away from me.”
Very admirable, to say the least.
