Someone Used Microsoft Paint To Make This Fantastic Video Of Macklemore’s “Thrift Shop”

Animation is brilliant. Even when it’s done on a no-budget system at home by someone who doesn’t have any fancy softwares or teams. All you need is a creative imagination and the rest will come to life. Case in point, see this homemade video of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s smash hit “Thrift Shop.”

The gentleman who made this successfully and vividly brings every line to life (have you seen someone popping tags, literally?) to put a new spin on the record. It’s definitely something that’s chuckle-inducing, but best of all the video is a great reminder that all you really need to succeed is a focused vision and drive to make that vision a reality. Just like this was made using the built-in MS Paint, great music has been made before with only a demo of FL Studio.

It’s all in the mind, people. Fancy gadgets and expensive machines won’t make a mediocre product great with the wave of a magic wand.
