In terms of hip-hop dynasties, Marvel’s current run can only be compared to Bad Boy’s run during the ‘90s. Whether it’s movies, TV, or comics, apparently, they just will not stop because they don’t know how to stop. Fittingly enough, they’ve got another round of hip-hop variants to hit us over the head with, paying homage to Raekwon, Kendrick Lamar, and Kool Keith.

Playing the part of Raekwon and Ghostface Killah is Amadeus Cho, the totally awesome new Hulk. Why both? Benefits of having split personalities. The Guardians of Infinity do their best to make Kendrick Lamar and his crew proud, while Venom imitates Kool Keith as he gets “loose in space.”

Now, if you’re wondering why these characters get paired with these artists, or what made the comic company show love to hip-hop to begin with, Marvel’s Puff Daddy, Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso, answered a few questions for comic geeks and hip-hop heads alike. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to ask him “if he’s ever going to stop.”
