Two future legends together? Right, that’s what it is when Kendrick Lamar jumps on Miguel’s club two-stepper “How Many Drinks.” K.Dot switches his voice up a bit – even taking to singin’ in spots – for the high profile R&B remix.
Ross would have been perfect for this…maybe not, in his case it only takes one + molly
pretty chill and a solid song….
ross flow would have fit but im just tired of him right now.
Wicked beat. I love how Kendrick always has a line from his songs somewhere on another track too lol
So getting a girl tipsy isn’t the same as getting her to pop some x? I’m confused.
Not if she ain’t een know it.
the idea is, she’s got the choice of whether or not to accept the drinks (and consequences thereof… I’d say this philosophy is only about 1/2 right).
Oh ok, I went and listened to the actual Rick Ross lyric. The big deal was that it implied she didn’t know what was going on. Shit, that took a while for me to understand.
This is nice.
Miguel’s voice on this is really damn good
this is slick…definitely hear the Andre influence, and he pulls it off like a pro.
Wait…did no one here listen to the Miguel album….and not know this song was sick.
I have a stake in this. I spoke with Salaam on going with it as a single.
Let us see how it does. The original bangs. Love K-Dot but feel his presence was not needed – though it works.
If it does not reach Top 3, I will have failed for the first time in a very long time. My only concern is that I suggested it be released months ago. The new quarter brings many quality releases that this would not have had to compete with for BDS spins back then. That could hurt its chart placement and help to push more units.
Love K-Dot but feel his presence was not needed
+1 and the fact maybe this should/could of came out awhile ago, song BANGS still.
TRA – I was wondering WHYYYYYYYY this song wasn’t a single right away!!! or Use Me!!!
This song is smooth. Easily my favorite song to play when I go out in the city. I enjoy Kendrick on the remix, but I also feel the original stood tall on it’s own as well.
Best r&b singer right now. This track is a hit
