Loosies: 50 Cent & Snoop Say “Remain Calm,” Joell’s “Cashin’ Out” & More

Yesterday, Fif tweeted the word that his Gangsta Grillz mixtape, The Lost Tape, will release on May 15th. He followed the news by dropping the first song from the project, “Remain Calm,” featuring Snoop & Precious Paris. Even though he proclaims the tape will hold “nothing but heat,” the track’s pretty standard and oddly enough Snoop’s verse brings the most sizzle.

Flex got the drop on Joell’s new joint, a freestyle over “Cashin’ Out.” More gutter, more aggressive and all the way agreeable for anybody who wanted more lyricism than what the original version offered.

In other lost music entries, Cam and Vado go to the well again, picking up an old song – this time, Mary’s “Sweet Thing” – and revamp it with a little Harlem swagger for the most recent edition of the #UNLostFiles

Camron & Vado Feat. Sky-Lin – “Sweet Thang”

We lost Lil Kim ages ago, but the game’s still got its fair share of capable ladies to hold down the mic. See: Raven’s take on Queen Bee’s “Drugs.”
