Loosies: Busta Rhymes’ Heavy D Tribute, Lil Kim’s Nicki Minaj Diss, T.I. & Raekwon

The angle Busta took on this tribute to his homie Heavy D is different, but admirable. Instead of sorting through memories of the multi-talented Hip-Hop legend with his pen, the always-energetic MC spreads the love and asks listeners to honor the people we cherish while they’re still breathing.

Busta Rhymes – “You Ain’t Got To Wait Til I’m Gone (Prod. By Dreddy)”

Oh, look who needs her bi-monthly fix of fame. If Kim didn’t realize by now, she lost. That is to say, she’s losing. Because by throwing further warning shots at Miss Minaj and YMCMB over Uncle Murda’s instrumental, the Queen Bee proves she’s still publicly milking the only angle she’s got left.

Lil Kim – “Warning” (Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne Diss)

Yeah, the beat behind Wayne and Aubrey’s duet has been rapped into the ground. However, for those of you who avoid both FM airwaves and Weezy albums, The Kang doesn’t mind getting down on sloppy twentieths.

T.I. – “She Will (Remix)”

A “Chupacabra” is basically a mythical vampire, who technically feeds on goats. Now that your confusion regarding the title of The Chef’s latest course is cleared up, hear him and the group formerly known as CNN go in over some keys so low they might scare your speakers into listening to something a lil’ less gutter.

Raekwon Feat. Capone-N-Noreaga – “Chupacabra”
