“Smoke and talk about our pain/Drink until we in our feelings…”
Just the other day I found myself wondering what the hell happened to Lloyd. A fan of his since the “Southside” days, Young Goldie has always been a personal favorite in the R&B world. Thankfully, a new project appears on the horizon and the emergence of the Wale-assisted cut “All Of Me” helps drive home the point.
With the expected season change nearing it’s debut, Lloyd and Folarin slow the tempo down for number sure to appease the desires and feelings of the opposite sex. With the song’s two spokespeople leading the charge, it’s all or nothing and flaws and all for that special lady in their life.* And don’t look now, but Wale lightweight did his thing here.
* – Off first few listens, I’m definitely more of a fan of this than “Sabatoge.”
