The UPS fairy came through on Friday with an amazing delivery from Champs Sports. Inside a fairly large box came the Nike Free Trainer 3.0, the Free Trainer 5.0, and the Free Trainer 7.0 from the Swoosh’s newly unveiled ‘Silver Speed’ collection.
Have I ever made mention that I’m a Trainer fan? If so, no need to restate that here. I will say that, in most cases, the 5.0 is my Free sole of choice but the 7.0 has been on my radar to test. Seeing all three pairs of Free Trainers together magnifies their appeal. Alone, they’re obviously clean executions. Together, they’re three times dope, word to the Acknickulous One, when comparing the details of each highlights the branding and storytelling given to the whole group.
“Nike unveiled the 2014 NFL Nike Silver Speed Collection, which takes inspiration from the Vince Lombardi Trophy, the icy weather of the Northeast, and the bright lights of the city.
“The road to the Super Bowl begins on the practice field and the Nike Free Trainers that are a part of this collection. Special silver Super Bowl editions of the Nike Free Trainer 3.0, the Nike Free Trainer 5.0, and the Nike Free Trainer 7.0 deliver enhanced flexibility for the multi-directional movement needed in football training.
“All three models are now on sale at Champs Sports stores and online. Only 75 stores will carry all three models while 200 stores will carry at least one model.”
