Saturday night was an eventful one for Drake’s OVO imprint: not only did they throw a surprise show at the Fader Fort at SXSW, but PARTYNEXTDOOR chose the occasion to drop his newest single “Come And See Me” featuring Drake himself. Produced by 40, “Come And See Me” marks the official launch towards Party’s next project PARTYNEXTDOOR 3. For the new track, the duo keeps it R&B over 40’s barebones production, spending their time having petty arguments with their lady friends.
In true OVO fashion, there’s no announced release date for P3 but, with Drake dropping the long awaited Views From The 6 next month, it’s likely Party’s release won’t intersect with that. So either PND plans on dropping soon, or he’s going to be back before the summer but after Drake comes through and crushes the buildings in April.
