Since Pharrell is always doing something to obliterate boundaries, whether it’ss music, fashion, or design, he made a 24h hour video for “Happy.” Exactly.

The unfortunate side of a day-length music video, however, is not that it’s the same song on repeat for 24 hours, but that it isn’t 24 hours straight of Pharrell. Instead, it is lots (and lots) of joyful people – including a host of celebrities – expressing their euphoria by way of dance to the Despicable Me 2 record.

I’m still clapping along (in my head), but then I remember that Pharrell is married…and it’s not to me. The truncated video features P, as well as some other equally ecstatic people. Head over to 24hoursofhappy.com to catch some happiness. Or find some moves for the club this weekend, because this could maybe go where “Blurred Lines” ended up going, i.e. every other song on the radio.
