If you haven’t heard by now, Kanye’s second edition of his special sig shoe with Nike, the Air Yeezy 2, suffered yet another pushback on the release date apparently. In late February, people began camping out in anticipation of a March release date, but that’s now been pushed back until June. So who thinks their odds (and pockets) are better knowing they have a few extra weeks to get connects in order?
Me, definitely. RT @JohnGotty: Question Of The Day: now that the postponement gave everyone extra time, who’s copping the Yeezy 2’s?

@JohnGotty I would love a pair but insane resell prices are going to be the only way for those who don’t have 2+ weeks to campout.

Sneaker fiends, fashionistas and resellers all seem to have a high interest in these. From a simple shoe perspective, the Yeezy 2 definitely stands out in terms of design and the sneak peeks we’ve seen thus far of colorways have them looking sweeter than bag full of Halloween candy. Retail is said to be $250 but everyone knows the secondary market will be the final destination for many of these. The original Yeezy’s released in 2009 had a historical price range as high as $2,000 and the demand for these figures to be the same. For those that really want them, the best chance to get the sneakers at a price that’s easy to stomach means getting their hands on a pair on the release date. So, do you have your affairs in order to get a pair or will you be skipping the hassle and hypebeasts?
