Thunder’s Reggie Jackson Went Looking For Kenneth Faried’s Soul Last Night

Reggie Jackson was momentarily possessed by the spirit of Russell Westbrook in Thursday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. With little more than a minute remaining in the first half, the 6’3″ Thunder guard channeled his inner Russy, bolted to through the lane and propelled himself past Timofey Mozgov and Ty Lawson. His final obstacle was the outstretched limbs of leaping wonder Kenneth Faried.

No match for young Reggie on this play as his skied above the Manimal and powered home the slam. Ed blamed it all on OKC’s ostentatious navy uniforms, which may have indeed played a role in it, too.

Jackson finished with 13 points and five assists but the Thunder couldn’t get the win, falling by a final score of 101-88.
